Beelio Service
The Beelio website (the "Service") is a Discovery-type platform enabling Users to discover local offers of local products, attractions in the area and accommodation, as well as to establish contact with their offerors by sending enquiries.
The Service is owned by BEELIO sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 527-32-06-944, REGON: 544066058, KRS: 0001226189, hereinafter the "Controller".
These Terms define the rules of use of the Service, the rights and obligations of Users and the Controller.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
User – a natural or legal person using the Service.
Service Provider – a User who publishes an offer for a product, attraction or accommodation.
Offer – information displayed on the Service, including content, photos, videos, descriptions, prices and contact details.
Enquiry – a message sent by a User to a specific Service Provider via the Service.
Rolki – video content presenting offers in the form of short clips.
Discovery – the Service's model of presenting and discovering offers without participating in transactions.
Beelio is NOT a marketplace, booking platform or commercial intermediary.
Beelio:
All arrangements, agreements, payments and performance of services take place directly between the User and the Service Provider, outside the Service.
The Service enables:

Use of some features of the Service may require account registration.
The User undertakes to provide true and up-to-date information.
The following are prohibited:
The User has the right to delete their account at any time. To do so, contact the Controller or use the function available in account settings. Account deletion may result in removal of associated offers and content.
The Service Provider bears full responsibility for the content of published offers.
Publishing the following content is prohibited:
The Controller reserves the right to remove an offer that violates these Terms.
Upon completing company data (including company name or tax ID) in the Service, the Service Provider receives a green "Verified" icon next to their offers. This icon is for informational purposes only and indicates merely that company data has been completed in the profile. Beelio does not verify the actual business activity of the Service Provider or the credibility of offers. Beelio assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided or for the actions of Service Providers, including the content and fulfillment of offers.
Rolki (short video materials) published on the Service are subject to the same rules as offers and must not contain content that violates these Terms.
Offers may be published only after approval by the Controller (moderation). The Controller reserves the right to reject an offer without giving reasons.
The availability calendar for offers is for informational purposes only. Beelio does not guarantee the accuracy of availability data and is not liable for any discrepancies.
Enquiries are sent to one specific Service Provider.
After sending an enquiry:
The Controller does not guarantee a response to an enquiry or its timing.
The Controller:
The Service may contain links to external websites of Service Providers (e.g. websites given in offers). The Controller is not responsible for the content of those sites or their privacy policies.
Liability for any disputes lies solely with the parties to the transaction.
Beelio does not charge a standing subscription “just to publish” offers. Providers may use a free limit of active offers and, separately, limits on standard reel uploads, as shown in the Price list and Konto panel. Optional purchases may include: extra active-offer slots, extra reel slots, offer boost packages, and reel boost packages in the video feed.
Current prices, limits, and service descriptions are published on the Service (Price list page) and when placing an order in Konto. Billing details for slots and boosts are set out in the Sales regulations.

These services are not a commission on transactions between users — Beelio does not charge commission on reservations or sales for published offers (0% commission), regardless of use of optional paid services.
Banners and partnership collaborations are available only by agreement with the Controller.
The name Beelio, logo, layout and graphic elements are protected by law.
Copying, modifying or using the Service content without the Controller's consent is prohibited.
Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR.

The Controller reserves the right to change these Terms.
Changes take effect upon publication on the Service.
Kontynuowanie korzystania z Serwisu po wejściu w życie zmian oznacza akceptację zaktualizowanego Regulaminu. W przypadku braku akceptacji Użytkownik powinien zaprzestać korzystania z Serwisu i może usunąć konto.
