Our year-round Cottages are new buildings from 2018, located in the scenic village of Kościelisko (beautiful Tatra panorama), right on the border with Zakopane. The property is in a quiet, peaceful spot ideal for a calm rest. From the balconies and windows of your cottages you have beautiful views of the mountains (Giewont, Czerwone Wierchy, etc.).

We offer 2 cottages in regional style with traditional highland décor. The cottages are spacious and laid out to follow the slope of the land, so they don’t block each other’s views. Each cottage is comfortably furnished. We also offer guest rooms.

Parking with a remote-controlled gate; each cottage has a gate remote that you receive on arrival.

The location of our cottages and rooms is a great base for the most beautiful Tatra valleys: Path under the Regles, Mała Łąka Valley (very scenic and less crowded approach to Giewont), Miętusia Valley, Kościeliska Valley (Mroźna Cave, Mylna Cave, Kraków Gorge and more), Chochołowska Valley, and also higher parts of the Tatras. We are 2500 m from Krupówki (town centre); you can take a bus or walk.

Kościelisko and Zakopane offer a wide range of attractions for everyone. In winter: ski lifts and slopes; in summer you can hike trails that are easy to reach from our location without a car.

Kościelisko also has cross-country skiing on Chotarz and cycle paths. You can find examples of folk culture at every step. You can often see sheep grazing and buy local products at a shepherd’s hut.

Sample trip – via Butorowy Wierch to Gubałówka and Zakopane:

From our property you walk (about 500 m) to the chairlift that takes you to Butorowy Wierch – 1160 m a.s.l. Then you follow a wide asphalt road over the hill (currently the red trail, the so-called Papal Trail) east to Gubałówka (1123 m a.s.l.). The walk is very pleasant. You pass many stalls, shops and restaurants. There are attractions such as a climbing wall, obstacle course, quads, snow scooters. You also pass the Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary.

From the top you have a superb view of the High and Western Tatras and, in the other direction, of Podhale, Gorce, Beskid Sądecki, Pieniny and Babia Góra.

After about 20 minutes you reach Gubałówka (1123 m a.s.l.), with Poland’s only “beach” with a full Tatra panorama, plus a gravity slide and the option of breakfast, lunch or dinner with a view of the Tatras at Restauracja Tarasy Gubałówka.

After exploring the Gubałówka Foothills you can take the funicular down to Zakopane.

A trip like this is something you remember for life.

In our immediate vicinity: inn (Restauracja Zajazd Tatrzański 100 m), pizzeria 150 m, food and off-licence shops (100 m), bus stop (50 m).

Nearby: Szymoszkowa Ski Complex, Budzowski Wierch, Butorowy; in summer – Szymoszkowa geothermal swimming pool; Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima (Palotyni) on Krzeptówki.

Chochołowskie Termy (about 15 min by car from us) – the new thermal baths in Chochołów are the largest facility of this kind in Podhale. They offer pools (recreational and swimming), children’s zones, family slide, jacuzzi, sulphur brine barrels, brine pool, salt cave, playground and more.

Before booking, please read the regulations:

Keys to the cottage will be handed to the person who made the reservation after payment of a deposit of 500 PLN, check-in and settlement of any extra charges (cash). The deposit will be returned on the day of departure after inspection of the cottage by the owners. Please inform us one day in advance of your planned departure time.

Hotel day runs from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day. Guests must check in immediately on arrival. Parking is free, unguarded and gated. Quiet hours are in force from 22:00 to 07:00. In case of a change of dates (we may accommodate a change if we have availability and you notify us at least one month before the booked stay) or cancellation by you, the advance payment is non-refundable. For fire safety and the wooden construction, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages (there is a designated smoking area). The full amount for the stay is due on the day of arrival. A booking is confirmed by paying an advance. The advance can be paid by bank transfer to the account provided by the owner after agreeing the dates. Guests are asked to inform the owners of any visitors from outside the property. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the furnishings and equipment caused by them; please inform the owners immediately of any damage. Bookings can be made by email or phone. On arrival you must show ID for registration. The tourist tax is paid in advance for the whole stay, in the amount set for the given year by the Kościelisko Municipal Office. Guests’ behaviour must not disturb other guests; the host may refuse further service to anyone who breaches this rule. Arrivals are accepted until 22:00; other times require prior arrangement. Pets only after prior agreement with the owner. Making a reservation means acceptance of these regulations. We warmly invite you!

Prices depend on the number of guests and length of stay. (Note: for one or two people renting a cottage, price is negotiable.)

Daily rates include: internet, bed linen, towels, parking and firewood for the fireplace (one large bucket).

January – February: 550–900 PLN (minimum 3 nights)

March – June: 450–750 PLN

– Easter: 800 PLN

– May Day: 800 PLN

– Corpus Christi: 800 PLN

July – August: 550–850 PLN (minimum 3 nights)

September – December: 450–750 PLN

– Christmas: 1000–1400 PLN (minimum 5 nights)

– New Year: 1500–2000 PLN (minimum 5 nights)

For one or two nights the price is agreed by phone.

Reservation: confirmation by phone or email and 50% advance of the stay value to our account or by postal order.

Sauna, salt cave, brine graduation tower – exclusive use only, by prior arrangement of date and time. 60 PLN per person (60 min session). Large bucket of firewood 60 PLN. Travel cot and high chair free of charge. We accept pets only if the owner takes full responsibility for the animal. Surcharge 50 PLN per night. The stay runs from 15:00 on arrival to 10:00 on departure. Payment is settled on arrival (cash in PLN, USD, EUR or tourist voucher accepted). For each extra person not declared at booking we add 100 PLN per night. WE DO NOT RENT COTTAGES AND ROOMS FOR PARTIES (e.g. hen parties, stag parties, etc.).
